Quick, easy and tasty!

Quesadillas are so easy to make.

Using an electric quesadilla maker makes the preparation easy and the quesadillas come out perfect with cutlines in place. if you don’t have a maker, you can use a cast iron skillet or crepe pan and brown one side at a time.

Place a flour tortilla in heated maker. Fill with favorite shredded cheese. Top cheese with diced cooked chicken and top with a bit more cheese. Top with additional tortilla.

Shut lid of maker and cook unto tortilla browns and cheese is melted. Serve with Sriracha sauce for dipping.


Mix together 1/2 cup real mayonnaise, sriracha sauce and lime juice to taste.


  • Use your favorite flour tortillas. For this recipe I used a jalapeño and herb blend tortilla. Found in refrigerated section.
