This is a delicious leftover turkey treat.
Here’s what you need.
- 2 cups leftover turkey breast chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 dried cranberries
- 1 green onion chopped
- Real mayonnaise to moisten
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 oz cream softened cream cheese
- leftover cranberry sauce
- 6 low carb flour tortillas
In a large bowl mix all ingredients except cream cheese, cranberry sauce and tortillas.
Spread each tortilla with cream cheese. top with cranberry sauce. Spoon turkey salad along one edge of tortilla. Roll up tight.
Serve cold.
