Who knew a Turkey breast could be perfect prepared in an air fryer?

This was so simple and as I said ; perfect. It was beautifully browned on the outside and almost juicy moist inside. Delicious!

I used a 6.5 pound bone-in Turkey breast. Rinse the breast and then using a paper towel pat dry the entire breast.

Rub all sides with olive oil. Sprinkle with kosher salt and corse black pepper and then sprinkle with poultry seasoning. Use one that doesn’t contain salt.

Pre-heat the air fryer with temperature set st 350 degrees. Place breast skin side down in the air fryer basket and fry for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes turn the breast skin side up and fry for an additional 30 minutes. Internal temperature should be 160 degrees. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before carving.
