The pork loin is sometimes called the filet mignon of pork. This air fry version of the pork loin is one of the best I’ve had.

It’s simple, quick and delicious.

Remove the silver skin from the loin. Pat dry the meat with a paper towel. Rub all sides of the meat with olive oil. One at a time in this order sprinkle the meat with light brown sugar, smokey paprika, lavender sea salt and corse ground pepper. Massage meat to coat with each ingredient before adding the next.

Set the air fryer to 400 degrees and preheat for 5 minutes. Add the meat and air fry for 22 minutes.

Remove from air fryer and let rest for about 5 minutes before slicing. The loin will be juicy inside with a sweet and spicy crust on the outside.
Taste Tester Tom gave it a triple Winner Winner.

TIP:

  • Fresh ground sea salt can be substituted for lavender sea salt.
