Same great taste – far fewer calories from fat!

Mix together 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese, 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup chopped air fried bacon. Set aside.
Preheat air fryer at 325 degrees while you prepare peppers.

Slice 6 peppers in half. Remove stems, seeds and membranes. Spoon cheese filling into each half of pepper. Cut in half 6 slices of pepper bacon. Wrap each pepper with bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Place peppers in a single layer in the heated air fry basket. Cook at 325 for 18 minutes. Carefully remove peppers from fryer and arrange on serving dish.



  • To air fry bacon for filling, cut bacon slices in half and arrange single layer in basket. Air fry at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes until crisp.
