This is so simple and so tasty.
Heres all you need.
- 4 large boneless skinless chicken breast
- Favorite BBQ Sauce. If i don’t make homemade sauce I use Sweet Baby Ray’s brand
- Olive Oil
Slice chicken breast in half lengthwise. tenderize each piece. Place chicken in a large bowl and douse with sauce. Mix well coating all pieces.
Sprayer fryer basket with olive oil . Set at 390 degrees and heat for 2-3 minutes. place a single layer of chicken in the fryer and cook for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes turn chicken and brush with extra sauce and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Repeat with remaining chicken pieces.
Serve hot.
