These chicken fingers a quick, easy and crispy good.

Here’s what you’ll need.

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon each fresh ground sea salt, coarse ground black pepper and spicy chicken seasoning of choice
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • oil for frying

Cut chicken in narrow strips. pat dry with a paper towel. In a ziplock bag add flour and seasonings. Add chicken and shake in bag to coat. In a large bowl whisk together egg and milk. Add flour coated chicken to egg mixture and gently fold to coat. Return chicken to flour and coat a second time.

Add more flour if needed.

Heat about 1/2 cup of oil in a deep skillet. Add chicken and fry until crispy brown.

Transfer to a paper towel lined plate. Transfer to serving plate.
