This dish is quick and delicious.

Here’s what you’ll need.

  • 1 package frozen mushroom ravioli
  • 40 large shrimp (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 green onion (green and white cut into small pieces)
  • 2 handfuls of fresh, trimmed basil
  • 6-8 sliced crimini mushrooms
  • 1 large roma tomato thinly sliced
  • 1/4 real butter
  • 1/2 cup half n half (more if needed)
  • 1/4 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • Fresh ground sea salt and coarse ground pepper to taste

In a large deep skillet melt butter on medium heat. Add cleaned, tail removed shrimp and brown. Add vegetables and cook on low heat until tender. Stir in half n half , garlic and salt and pepper. simmer until heated through.

Prepare ravioli according to package directions. Drain pasta and gently fold into shrimp mixture.
Before serving sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
